Theme: My body Outcome: KLWS: Describe their body corresponding body parts Subject:   Science   Type of assessment: Formative Assessment   " Photos to enhance student's learning " Choosing two – three pictures that shows to the process of learning. Letting the students to write a short brief and predicting what the pictures is about. Why I choose this Assessment?  This strategy really helpful for the students to build their cognitive skills by thinking and using their imagination . (Wees, n.d.) Grading Criteria for formative assessment  " Traffic lights  " letting the students to evaluate themselves and ts helps the students to pre- assessment themselves as well by using clips and put it one of the traffic lights. Theme: My Environment Outcome:   KLW2 Identify and compare the external features of living things that make them diffrent  Subject:  Science Type of assessment: Formative Assessment   "Think- Pair - Share" This strategy is designed to differentiate instruction by providing students time and structure for thinking on a given topic, Letting the students to formulate individual ideas and have the ability to share some ideas that they got to their peers. Why I choose this Assessment?  Helps to have the opportunity for all students to share their thinking altogether, which will help to increases their sense of involvement in classroom learning. Theme: My  Country Outcome: KLPA3 Listen to and identify phonemes in words. Subject:  English  Type of assessment: Formative Assessment   "Board Comments." Letting the students assess themselves by writing comments/ thoughts or even their opinions about the lesson.  Why I choose this Assessment?  This strategy helps the students to build their self- steam by letting them do their job by writing something about the concept. It is helpful for the students to develop their writing skills and also their cognitive skills by thinking more in-depth about the lesson that the teacher taught.   Grading Criteria for formative assessment  " Raise the sights “ Happy, Sad and Normal." in this strategy helps the teacher to realize the students if they raised  Happy face =  its means the students had to understand the concept of the lesson.  Standard face =  Its means the students understand the lesson, but they need a bit of offer.  Sa

Theme: Insects “mini- beasts”  Outcome: KES3 Label features of the natural  environment.  Subject:  S cience    Type of assessment: Formative Assessment   "Exit Ticket" Letting the students line up at the end of class while the teacher is stand at the door. As they reach the door, students must share an idea or concept they learned with the teacher .The students have to write one to two sentences about the lesson “ what was the lesson about”. Or the students could draw relate to the lesson that the teacher taught. Why I choose this Assessment?  Helps the teacher to see clearly about the student’s understanding of the lesson “caught what you taught” Develop the ideas for the next class/ unite. Grading Criteria for formative assessment  " Exit Ticket" Reading or reviewing the students comments/ drawing about different types of insects and  the teacher could evaluate the students according to their comments/ drawing of the lesson(

Theme: My Environment Outcome: K2MDM1 Create long and short objects in exploration and play. Subject:  Math  Type of assessment: Formative Assessment   "Quiz Quiz Trade" Review vocabulary with having a paper with two sides, one side is the word and the other side is the definition of the word such as (short, long, objects, length, numbers). This can work by asking and answering questions as a peer work. Why I choose this Assessment?  It is to help the students to review the concept of he lesson (shorter and longer) to show if the students understand the concept. Grading Criteria for formative assessment  " Quiz  Quiz  Trade"  Student’s  evaluating with the stars.     Using stickers “ stars” to evaluate the student’s learning. 8-10 stars mean the students has understood the concept of the lesson, 5-6 stars the students almost understand the concept of the lesson but they still need a bit of help and guiding from the teacher and if t
