Theme: My body Outcome: KLWS: Describe their body corresponding body parts Subject:   Science   Type of assessment: Formative Assessment   " Photos to enhance student's learning " Choosing two – three pictures that shows to the process of learning. Letting the students to write a short brief and predicting what the pictures is about. Why I choose this Assessment?  This strategy really helpful for the students to build their cognitive skills by thinking and using their imagination . (Wees, n.d.)
